开挖大直径旋流井的深孔预裂爆破技术

摘    要:为保证供水管道、井壁安全和施工工期,综合采用深孔预裂爆破技术,在复杂环境条件下成功地爆破开挖了大直径旋流井。该技术采用不同钻孔直径、不同装药结构组合及较大直径中心空孔,并利用孔内装MS12段和孔外用MS3段雷管连接组成毫秒延时爆破网路。通过工程实践该技术确保了井壁稳定和供水管道的安全,实现了快速施工。可为类似工程参考与借鉴。

Abstract:In order to ensure safeties of supplying water pipes and well wall and the construction duration,deep-hole presplitting blasting technology was adopted to excavate large diameter swirl well in complex environments.Different diameters of the boreholes,different charging structure,large diameter central air hole,and millisecond delay blasting network composed of MS12 detonator in-hole and MS3 detonator out-hole were adopted in the blasting technology.Through engineering practice,the blasting technology ensured stability of the swirl well wall and safety of supplying water pipes and realized rapid construction.it can be used as reference for similar projects.
