基于FDS的餐饮业油烟道火灾场景模拟

摘    要:为了获取餐饮业油烟道火灾参数,研究了油烟道内火灾过程中烟气温度及浓度随时间的变化和在空间上的分布规律.利用FDS软件建立餐饮业油烟道模型,对油烟道火灾发展过程进行了全尺寸模拟.通过对模拟和实验数据分析处理,给出了油烟道火灾发生过程中烟气浓度和温度的变化规律,为进一步设计研发餐饮业油烟道火灾自动报警灭火系统提供理论依据.

Abstract:In order to obtain the parameters of flue fire,smoke concentration and temperature changes in time and space were studied.By FDS software,a model for fog discharging pipes of cooking was established;and the process of fire development was simulated.By processing and analyzing experimental data,the smoke concentration and temperature change rule of the flue fire is obtained.
