摘    要:后勤信息化水平测试的模糊综合评判,采用隶属度函数建立模糊评判矩阵元素值实现.包括建立因素集、备择集、权重集、单因素模糊及多级模糊综合评价.其二级层次综合评判含后勤基础设施建设、后勤信息技术应用、信息化后勤装备、后勤信息化人才等的综合评估.一级层次综合评判按最大隶属原则评估.

Abstract:The logistic information level testing based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation was realized by using membership grade function to establish the fuzzy evaluation matrix element value. The process consists of establishing factor set, choosing set, vector set, single factor fuzzy and multi-grade fuzzy synthetic evaluation. The second grade synthetic evaluation includes logistics basic equipment establishment, logistics information technology application, information logistics equipment, and logistics information experts. The first grade synthetic evaluation was evaluated according to matrix membership degree.
