模糊无模型自适应控制器在CFB锅炉主蒸汽压力控制中的仿真研究

摘    要:针对火电厂循环流化床(CFB)锅炉主蒸汽压力控制系统大惯性和大滞后的特点,利用无模型自适应控制(MFAC)对大惯性、延迟适应性和模糊控制适应性强的优点,设计了模糊无模型自适应控制器,并采用Matlab仿真软件对该控制系统进行了仿真.结果表明,模糊MFAC方法计算量小,响应速度快.与基本无模型控制器相比,模糊无模型自适应控制器具有鲁棒性好、抗干扰能力及对负荷的适应性强等优点.

Abstract:Directing against the features of large inertia and large delay in main steam pressure control system of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers in thermal power plants, using the advantages of stronger adaptability to inertia and delay of the model-free adaptive controller (MFAC) ,a MFAC has been designed and an emulation of said control system being carried out by adopting Matlab emulation software. Results show that the fuzzy MFAC has little amount of calculation, and rapid response speed. Compared with basic MAFC, the fuzzy MAFC has good robustness, better anti-jamming capa-bility, and strong adaptability to the loads.
