同步采样A/D转换器AD7262原理及应用

摘    要:介绍高速12位片上集成了可编程放大器PGA和比较器的A/D转换器AD7262的特性、引脚功能、内部结构以及通讯时序。以测量直流电流勘探中A-B电流和M-N电压的典型应用为实例,给出了AD7262与ARM处理器LPC2378的通信接口的硬件电路设计及其软件设计流程。并提出了一些应用AD7262时应注意的问题,由于AD7262具有片上PGA,可内部校准以及同步采用的特点,广泛应用于精确测量控制领域。

Abstract:In this paper,the feature,pin function,communication timing diagram and structure of AD7262 are introduced.A communication interface hardware design and software design between AD7262 and LPC2378 are given,for example measureing the A-B pole current and M-N pole voltage typical application.The questions which in system design should pay attention to are explained.For the AD7262 have embed PGA,internal system calibration and simultaneous sampling,it is widely applied in precise measurement and control field.
