摘    要:应用湍流模型和欧拉-拉格朗日两相流模型,对标准传染病房内顶送侧排和双风口侧送床头排两种通风方式下的两相流场进行了数值模拟。比较了两种送风方式下的飞沫颗粒的轨迹和三种不同送风量(12次、30次、64次)情况下速度场和压力场。通过结果分析可知,侧送床头排风方式在30次送风时,能将病人呼出的飞沫颗粒迅速地、直接地排出,而且病人和医护人员所在活动区域速度场符合要求,传染病房满足负压条件,是比较理想的通风设计方案。

Abstract:In this thesis, Euler-Lagrange model and turbulent model is used to simulate the two-phase flow field under the two ventilations of air supply top and air extract bottom and also air supply flank and air extract in the opposite. The tracks of the particles under the two different ventilation ways are compared. The velocity and pressure under three differ- ent air exchange rate (12 times, 30 times, 64times) are studied respectively. The results show that the latter way of ventila- tion under 30 times-air exchanging is better, because the spittle particles can be expelled quickly and directly, also the velocity in the region where patients live and personnel work is in agreement with the standard, in addition the infected wards is also under minus-pressure condition.
