复合材料双孔板应变集中的实验研究

摘    要:对含双孔的T300/HD03 碳/环氧层压板在单拉伸下孔边的应变集中进行了云纹实验研究,得出了不同板宽、不同孔距、不同孔径、在不同载荷下应变集中系数,沿板宽的分布曲线,并对板宽、孔距、孔径以及载荷对孔边应变集中系数的影响进行了讨论。

Abstract:The Moire method is used to determine the strain concentraction factors in T300/HD03 carbon fibre/epoxy laminates plates contaning two circular holes under uniaxial tension. The opposite strain concentraction factors is defined by the strain ε y of the cross section containing holes and strain ε ∞ y of far range. The conclusions that can be drawn from the experiments are: The strain concentration is not influenced obviously by the interaction between holes when the relative distance is in range 2< L/D <4; when the Composite materials and geometric shape are given, the strain concentration factors of the composite become constant under different loads; If the width and thickness of each plate are identical respectively, the strain comcentraion factors increase along with the relative distance L/D decrease.
