摘    要:概述了丝素的组成、特点和应用范围,综述了丝素蛋白分离提纯的步骤,包括脱胶、水解、溶解、活性基化合物合成、分子修饰、分离、干燥、溶剂制备等,并重点介绍了脱胶、溶解、降解等分离提纯技术的主要方法,阐述了丝素蛋白进行物理和化学修饰的两种改性途径和改性成果,探讨了丝素蛋白在纺织服装领域的应用现状和未来发展方向,指出了丝素蛋白在针织领域可能展现的良好应用前景。

Abstract:This paper overviews the composition, characteristics and application fields of silk fibroin, summarizes its separating and purifying steps including degumming, hydrolysis, dissolution, composition of chemical compound with active groups, molecule modification, separation, drying and solvent preparation, and mainly introduces main methods of separating and purifying technologies such as degumming, dissolution and degradation. In addition, this paper introduces the modifying approaches for the silk fibroin -physical and chemical, analyzes its present application in textiles and apparel and future developing trend, and points out that the silk fibroin bears a very good prospect in the field of knitting industry.
