水溶性丙烯酸涂料加锌的改性

摘    要:论述了水溶性丙烯酸钢铁底漆涂料制备、性能以及用锌粉对其进行改性的研究。本实验是在用环氧树脂改性后的水溶性丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质中加入锌粉,来改善其抗盐雾性,耐候性等性能,特别是改善其抗腐蚀性能和表面光洁性能等。结果表明,一定温度下在改性的水溶性丙烯酸钢铁底漆涂料中加入0.5%的锌粉后,经测定其耐盐雾性可达106h以上,抗腐蚀性能和表面光洁性能都得到了显著提高。

Abstract:Priming paint coating of iron and steel of water- solubility acrylic is anlycized in this paper, which contains preparation, performance and upgrading by adding to zinc dust. The experiment uses acrylic resins as main film forming material and adds to zinc dust in order to improve its salt fog resistance, excellent durability, especially characteristics of anti-corrosion and surface purify. The result shows that salt fog resistance reach 106 h after we add 0.5% zinc dust to coating of iron and steel of water - solubility acrylic under a certain tempreture. At the same time, characteristics of anticorrosion and surface purify are improved to some degree.
