聚甘油接枝改性琥珀酸单胆固醇酯的研究

摘    要:以二甲苯为溶剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,用聚甘油对脂质体琥珀酸单胆固醇酯酯化反应的方法接枝改性。通过正交试验考察了催化剂、反应时间及投料比等对收率的影响,结果表明:n(胆固醇单琥珀酸酯):n(二聚甘油)=1:1.2,反应时间为3 h,催化剂的用量为胆固醇单琥珀酸酯质量的15%,聚甘油胆固醇琥珀酸酯的收率可达66%。并用红外光谱对产品的化学结构进行表征。

Abstract:The cholesteryl hemisuccinate was grafting modified with polyglycerol using p-TSA as catalyst, dimethylbenzene as solvent. The effects of catalyst dosage, reaction time and mole ratio of raw material on the product were investigated. It was found as follow:reaction time 3 h, mole ratio of polyglycerol to cholesteryl hemisuccinate 1.2 and p-TSA dosage 15% of the mass of cholesteryl hemisuccinate.Under the condition,the yield of product was up to 66%.The chemical structure and physical properties were tested by FT-IR and melting point.
