摘    要:目的:用半导体弱激光对成年大白兔进行血管内照射,研究大白兔血液黏度和红细胞变形指数变化.方法:选成年大耳白兔14只,随机分成照射组和对照组,每组各7只.照射组采用半导体激光器,作兔耳外周静脉血管内照射,每24小时照射一次,每次50min.照射前、照射一次后24h、照射7次后,每次各取静脉血检测红细胞变形指数和血液黏度....

Abstract:Object:To study the changes of blood viscosity and erythrocyte deformability after irradiated the intravascular by semiconductor laser.Method:14 adult albino rabbit have been randomly divided into tow groups.Each group was 7.In irradiation group,the semiconductor Laser has been used to irradiate the ear's intravascular of rabbits.Every 24 hours,the irradiation was conducted one time and each time,the irradiation was hold for 50min.The venous blood have been collected at the times of before irradiation,irradiated after first time and seventh time.The index of blood viscosity and RBC deformation have been detected.The control group treated at a normal raising condition.Result:①In irradiation group,the index of RBC deformation increase significantly(P0.01).(2) For the viscosity,after irradiated at first time,there is no statistics variance (P0.05).But increased the irradiation to the seventh time,the highly variance was present(P0.01).Conclusion:The irradiation of semiconductor laser could decrease the blood viscosity,increase the erythrocyte deformability,improve the hemokinesis and minicirculation.
