激光诱变云南姚安三角大香糯水稻的FTIR和Raman分析

摘    要:本文选取在云南省姚安县试验栽种的经激光辐照引起宏观变异的“激三香糯”和对照组的水稻种子作为样品,应用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和拉曼光谱仪进行了测试,并对其FrIR和Raman进行了分析。结果表明,受激光辐照诱变的样品与对照组样品的光谱有明显的差异,同时也发现在不同试验地点栽种的样品其光谱也有差异。

FTIR and Raman spectroscopy of laser iITadiated "Sanjiao" big fragrant glutinous rice from Yaoan county of Yunnan province

Abstract:In this paper, differences between samples of "Laser III" fragrant glutinous rice and its control group rice have been studied. "Laser III" fragrant glutinous rice and the control group rice were planted in Yaoan County of Yurman Province using "Sanjiao" big fragrant glutinous rice seeds. "Laser III" fragrant glutinous rice used laser irradiated seeds while the control group rice used the same seeds without any laser irradiation. To understand the macromutation of "Laser III" fragrant glutinous rice caused by the laser induced irradiation on rice seeds, Fourier Transform Int'rared spectroscopy (FtIR) and Raman spectroscopy were used to test samples of" Laser III" fragrant glutinous rice and the control group rice. The analysis results showed that there were significant difference in the dspeetra of "Laser III" fragrant glutinous rice and the control group rice. Samples from different planting sites also showed variations in their spectra.
