高频平面变压器绕组损耗分析及参数优化设计

摘    要:本文针对高频电源变换技术的需求,分析了高频工作条件下,铜箔绕组的交流阻抗、结构参数、绕制方式对平面变压器损耗的影响,研究了并联绕组结构的损耗特征及影响因素。根据研究和仿真分析结果,提出了高频工作条件下,几种低损耗平面变压器绕组的结构优化设计方案,并进行了Maxwell 3D仿真对比分析。还完成了高频平面变压器样机研制,最后进行了变压器的参数测试及分析,和相应的电源变换模块带载试验,得到了效率最高、温升最低及变化最平稳的平面变压器绕组设计方案,结果表明并联绕组交叉结构能够减小变压器高频损耗、降低温升、提高效率。

Abstract:Aiming at the requirement of high frequency power conversion technology, the transformer loss influence of structure parameters and winding mode under high frequency condition are analyzed, the loss characteristics and influencing factors of shunt winding are studied, several low-loss winding methods of planar transformer under high frequency condition are put forward. At last, the design scheme of planar transformer winding with the highest efficiency and the most stable temperature rise is determined by simulation and experiments on load. The results show that the interleaving winding can reduce high frequency loss and reduce the temperature rise of the transformer.
