柔性连续抽油杆表面防护材料的试验研究

摘    要:柔性连续抽油杆由于钢丝绳含碳量高 ,耐腐蚀性能差 ,以及工况的特殊性和油田腐蚀环境的复杂性 ,存在严重的腐蚀问题。鉴于此 ,选用柔性连续抽油杆表面防护涂层材料及相关材料进行了老化性能和拉伸性能的综合试验、熔融指数测定试验和腐蚀性能试验等多种对比试验研究。结果表明 ,在用的表面防护材料PA6— 2和拟选用的表面防护材料PA66— 1等尼龙类工程材料具有强度高、韧性好、高低温性能好、加工性能好和耐腐蚀性能好等优点 ,能够满足柔性连续抽油杆在油井环境下的表面防护要求。

Abstract:Flexible continuous sucker rods face serious corrosion problem owing to poor corrosion resistance of steel cable with high carbon content and particularity of working conditions and complexity of oilfield corrosion environment. Contrast tests of the surface protection coating material for the flexible continuous sucker rod are conducted, including integration test of ageing property and tensile property, melt index test and corrosion behavior test. The result of the tests indicate that the surface protection material PA6—2, PA66—1 and other nylon engineering plastic have high strength and toughness, and good high- and low-temperature behavior, workability and corrosion resistance, and can meet the need of surface protection of flexible continuous sucker rod in oil wells.
