摘    要:本文从国有企业原有的岗位技能薪酬制度分析入手,阐述了如何建立以激励为核心的有效的薪酬体系.探讨了职位绩效薪酬制度的内涵、特征、设计流程和实践中的实施要点,从而使国有企业的薪酬制度改革有的放矢,以吸引和保留优秀人才,在激烈的人力资本竞争中树立优势.

Abstract:This article analyzes the stat-owned enterprises,the old skill jobs pay system,explained how to create incentives to the wre of an effective system of remuneration.Discussion of the job performance pay system wnnotations,characteristics of the design process and practice the implementation of the main points so that the state-owned enterprises,reform of the pay system targeted to attract and retain quality people in the fierce wmpetition,foster human capital advantages.
