高铬锰钛铸铁的研究

摘    要:高铬锰钛铸铁是在高铬钼铸铁的基础上,以锰代钼,并用钛和稀土对高铬白口铁水进行变质处理,而研制得到的一种新颖耐磨材料。本文通过淬火和回火温度的变化对高铬锰钛铸铁组织,硬度,性能的影响进行了试验研究,得出了高铬锰钛铸铁在淬火及回火过程中组织和硬度变化规律,为合理制订热处理工艺提供了依据。

Abstract:A new wear resistance material,high chromium mangense titamium cast iron is based on high crromium molybdenum with mangemium replacing molybdenum.In this process, we also use titamium and rare earth on high chromium white cast iron water to carry out some modification.In this paper,we study the nature of this high chromium mangense titamium cast iron when quenching and tempering it and get some valuable conclusions of structure and hardness change in such a process.These studies will give proof to carry out the heat treatment process properly.
