硫氰酸钠净化工艺的优化

摘    要:通过投用超滤装置对一步法料液进行预过滤,利用凝胶处理高含杂循环液等工艺优化措施,以解决一步法超级净化装置投用过程中存在的通量下降快、料洗周期短、能耗高等问题。结果表明:超滤装置的投用,能去除料液中部分水不溶物,提高了进入超级净化装置的料液的质量;超滤装置投用后,超级净化装置平均运行时间缩短,料洗周期有所延长。另外,通过凝胶处理超级净化装置高含杂循环液,整体除杂能力满足工艺需求,且每天可减少48.74 m3纯水消耗,达到了预期的设想。

Abstract:A series of process optimization measures, including pre-filtering for one-step material liquid byusing ultrafiltration, and treating liquid circulation with high impurity by the gel, are applied to solve the ex-isting problems in the super purification, such as quick decline of flux, short period of material washing cy-cles and high energy consumption. The results show that:using ultrafiltration can remove the water insolu-ble and improve feed quality of super purification;after ultrafiltration, running time of super purification isshortened and material washing cycles is prolonged. In addition, the whole impurity removal meets the pro-cess requirements and daily water consumption decrease 48.74 m3 is achieved through treating liquid circu-lation by gel.
