摘    要:探讨了一步法生产涤-涤"50+50"复合丝条干不匀率的影响因素。结果表明:一步法生产涤-涤"50+50"复合丝时,加装整流器,风速在0.45 m/s、预网络压力在0.5 MPa时,纤维的条干不匀率可以达到最优化,满足客户的使用要求。

Abstract:The influencing factors of unevenness of polyester-polyester(50+50) produced by one-step pro-cess is discussed. The results show that the one-step produced polyester-polyester composite yarn uneven-ness can be reached to optimization with added rectifier, processes of air velocity 0.45 m/s and pressure ofpre-interlace 0.5 MPa. It meets user's requirements.
