| Abstract: | Recent progress in the studies of toughening and heat resistance modification of phenolic resin is reviewed. The characteristics, effect and modification mechanisms of several modification methods are discussed emphatically. Application of nanomaterials in the modification of phenolic resin was introduced. Existing problems and developing trends of phenolic resin are presented. |
