酚醛模压复合材料制品裂纹产生原因及影响研究

摘    要:本文在多年酚醛模压复合材料制品研制工作中,发现部分制品在不同时期有大小不等、深浅不一的裂纹出现,严重影响了制品质量和使用。本文通过对酚醛模压复合材料力学与热学性能、制品裂纹出现特点进行分析,阐述了裂纹产生的根本原因在于该处材料内应力与材料本身拉伸强度等力学性能的失衡,接着深入阐述了制品内应力种类及其引起因素等;此外,还较为详细地阐述了内应力、裂纹对制品的影响,以及内应力在制品中的常见宏观表现形式等。

Abstract:During studying and manufacturing of the molded phenolic composite products for many years,some different size and depth of cracks are found on some products at different period,and it affects seriously the quality and application of the products.The paper analyzes the cracks characteristic,mechanical and thermal properties,and the basic reason of the cracks is because of unbalance of the material stress and its tensile strength,and discusses also the kinds of the stress and reasons in detail,etc.At last the cracks and the stress'influence on the products is described.
