基于Simulink的发动机落座力仿真分析

摘    要:为分析气门-气门座寿命的重要影响因素——气门落座力.以EQ6100为例,提出了一种发动机配气机构落座力的计算方法.即在建立一种新的气门落座力分析模型后运用.Matlab软件中的Simulink模块对其进行仿真分析以求出气门落座力,在此基础上探讨了配气机构集中质量、预紧力、气门弹簧刚度对发动机落座力的影响,结果表明:集中质量和预紧力对落座力的影响较大.这为发动机气门机构的设计和寿命预测提供了依据。

Abstract:A new calculating method has been developed by using Simulink of Matlab software for analyzing the impact force of engine valve exerting on its insert. The valve train system of EQ6100 has been used as an example to discuss its correction. The results show that both lumped mass and pretension force in the valve-train system greatly affect the impact force. The research provides theoretic fundament and service life prediction for new valve train system design.
