摘    要:承压设备的工程风险是与材质、压力、温度、介质密不可分的。为减少或控制承压设备的工程风险,首先要了解在一定压力、温度和介质条件下,特定材质制造的设备所具有的各种可能的失效机理和失效模式。从基于风险的检验角度出发,讨论了针对承压设备常见的失效机理和失效模式所对应的有效的无损检测方法。

Abstract:The engineering risk of pressure equipments is highly correlated with the following elements: material, pressure, temperature and media. In order to reduce and limit the engineering risk of the pressure equipments, every possible failure mechanism and modes of the equipments built by specific materials under certain conditions of the pressure, temperature and media have to be understood at first. Based on the perspective of the risk - based inspection, this article discussed the common failure mechanism and modes of the pressure equipments and the corresponding nondestructive testing solutions.
