摘    要:棒线材生产新工艺和新技术主要分两类:一是通过微合金化强化或工艺强化机理,提高棒线材强度或塑性,如碳纳米管技术、超细晶钢生产技术、超快冷工艺、线材在线盐浴处理工艺等;二是通过流程简化和局部工艺优化,提高生产节奏,降低生产成本,如连铸连轧工艺、热装热送工艺、无头轧制技术和超短流程工艺等。介绍了近几年来国内外棒线材生产最新的一些工艺及技术,包括纳米材料技术、超细晶钢生产技术、超快冷工艺和短流程生产工艺等。

Abstract:New processes and new technologies for rod and wire production can be mainly divided into two kinds.One kind is to increase intensity or plasticity through alloyed strengthening or process strengthening mechanics such as carbon nanotubes material,ultra-fine grade steel,ultra-speed cooling,salt bath treating in-line of wire rod and so on.The other kind is to increase producing rhythm and reduce production cost by simplifying produce route or optimizing partial process such as continuous casting and rolling,hot charging and delivering,endless rolling,compact route,ultra-compact route,etc.In this paper,relevant new processes and new technologies for wire and rod production both at home and abroad,including carbon nanotubes material,ultra-fine grade steel,ultra-speed cooling,compact wire rod production that may be helpful to the research and development of wire rod are introduced.
