| 摘 要： | 针对建设项目环境保护设施竣工验收监测工作，分析了在监测报告编制方面对环保设施效益分析不足或短缺的现象，论述了在监测报告编写当中进行环保设施效益分析的必要性，并研究了造成这种现象发生的主要原因，且根据工作实践，结合实例提出效益分析的一般思路和主要内容。

| Abstract: | according to deficient and short phenomenons of benefit analysis of environmental protection facilities in acceptance monitoring work of environmental facilities projects the main reasons causing those phenomenons are comprehensively analyzed. The necessity of benefit analysis of environmental protection facilities in monitoring report is discussed. And according to practice and examples the general program and main contents of benefit analysis are introduced. |
