应用性科研成果综合评价的模糊数学方法研究

摘    要:在对现有应用性科研成果评价存在主要问题分析基础上,探讨一种在定性评议基础上进行定量评判,以定量为主,定性与定量相结合的规范的综合评价方法.该方法采用特尔斐法、层次分析法和模糊数学综合评价法形成评价指标体系和评价模型对应用性科研成果进行综合评价,并给出了评价指标体系和评价模型在实际评审中的应用实例.

Abstract:Based on comparision and analysis of the main questions in some popular evaluation methods,a new method is put forward to evaluate research results quantitatively and qualitatively.The new method combines Delphi,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to form evaluation indicator system and the model.The pratical examples in the evaluation system of research results are also provided.
