| 摘 要： | 儒家思想是中国传统文化的核心，在整个传统文化体系中居主导地位。儒家思想有鲜明的人本主义色彩，它以仁为出发点，尊重人．重视人，依靠人．重视在社会内部和谐有序的人际关系等等，这些都对当今陶瓷企业的管理和发展具有启发和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The confucian thought is the core of traditianal culture, and it play the dominant role in whole traditianal culture. The confucian though have vivid humanistic colour. It is based on humanity, and it advocate to respect people, attach importance to people, rely on people, and pay great attention to establish harmonious and orderly relationship,etc, which enlighten and lesson to the management and devolpment of present ceramics erterprise |
