Abstract:Through computer aided design and by using proper inner tower frames and high efficiency regular packing, the original float valve tower has been reformed as ammonia desorption rectification installation. With the same tower diameter,28% steam could be saved,60% treatment amount be raised, the concentration of the product, ammonia water, doubled; and the ammonia content in disposed drainage is <80g/m3 , much lower than the original concentration(0. 5% - 1. 0% ) , and it is also lower than 200g/m3 ,the standard issued by the State Environmental Protection Bureau.
