| Abstract: | The current controversies and problems existed in hydropower development are discussed, the situation faced by hydropower development is analyzed, various wrong views and some trends which are out of reality and have strong empiricism are clarified and corrected. Finally, the long-term choice is pointed out, and the general thoughts and concrete measures for overall, harmonious, sustainable and rapid development are presented. |
