摘    要:火电厂采用的筒式低速球磨机料位测量和控制都有一定的难度,经常由于堵煤或断煤而严重影响锅炉的燃烧,影响机组负荷。介绍一种料位控制系统——通过安装在球磨机的简体压头探针之间的压差来判断料位,根据所测的料位变化自动控制给煤量,使磨煤机稳定地运行在一定的料位区内,达到安全经济运行。

Abstract:Both the measurement and control for material level in low velocity tumbling ball mill used in thermal power plant have certain difficulties. The phenomena of coal-feed interruption or coal blocking often occur,which affect severely the boiler combustion and the unit load. The material level control system, which measures the level through differential pressure between probes at pressure head for the cylinder of a ball mill, is introduced.According to the measurement of material level change, to control the coal feed rate automatically and make the tumbling ball mill run stably within a certain material level range ,therefore the secure and economical operation can be achieved.
