| 摘 要： | 分析了冷轧钢卷粘结产生的机理.结合攀枝花钢铁（集团）公司冷轧厂的实际情况,通过优化卷取张力、调整成品机架工作辊粗糙度、合理安排轧制顺序、优化退火工艺,可有效地控制粘结缺陷的产生.

| Abstract: | The mechanism of producing the felting defect of cold rolled coil strip was analyzed.Based on the practical production of Panzhihua Iron & Steel(Group)Co.,the countermeasures of effectively controlling the defect were put forward,including optimization coiling tension,adjustment work roll roughness of finishing stand,reasonable arrangement rolling process and optimization annealing technology. |
