穿甲弹结构设计与侵彻性能仿真研究

摘    要:基于杆式穿甲弹弹头形状对子弹穿甲效果的影响,设计了一种弹头结构为多层片状穿甲块和穿甲环结合的穿甲弹。应用LS-DYNA非线性有限元分析软件,对其侵彻三层间隔靶板的情形进行了数值仿真。通过在不同速度下的仿真发现,该子弹能够适应较宽的速度范围,弹头结构可以降低压缩应力波的强度,在侵彻第一层靶板时弹体得到了较好的保护。同时子弹姿态稳定,降低了弹体的跳飞趋势。计算结果为弹体结构优化设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:Based on the effect of the shape of rod armor-piercing warhead on armor penetration,a new armor-piercing bullet whose head structure is the combination of multilayer armor-piercing blocks and amour-piercing ring was designed.Using LS-DYNA,the penetration against three-layer spaced metal plates was numerically analyzed.Through analyzing penetration performance under different velocities,it can be found that the bullet has a large-scale adaptive velocity and the intensity of compress stress wave is reduced;th...
