纳米SiO2改性丙烯酸酯乳液的工艺研究

摘    要:采用水溶性环氧树脂对纳米S iO2进行化学改性,有效改善了纳米S iO2的表面性能。通过原位聚合法和共混法制备纳米S iO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液,发现纳米S iO2的加入明显改善了涂膜的硬度、附着力、拉伸强度和耐候性,原位聚合法制备的复合乳液综合性能优于共混法。

Abstract:The surface properties of nano-SiO_2 was successfully improved by use of water-soluble epoxide resin as a modifier.Nano-SiO_2/polyacrylate composite latex was prepared by in-situ emulsion copolymerization and blending process.It was found that the hardness,adhesion,elongation strength and weatherability of the composite latex were significantly improved by addition of nano-SiO_2.The comprehensive properties of the composite latex made by in-situ emulsion copolymerization were superior to that of blending process.
