摘    要:某选煤厂皮带廊混凝土严重腐蚀,已影响正常使用,不进行加固将发生严重的安全事故。检测证实可以工作状态加固,但不得破坏原结构形式,故采用“托梁包柱”设计方法进行加固。用结构胶植筋技术,包柱后在牛腿上生根,并新增两榀钢桁架进行托换。同时将近年所做一些同类工程作一类比,结合实际工程分析钢筋混凝土加固的机理,并对此类工程问题作一简单分析,希望广大工程设计人员及使用单位能引起足够重视。

Abstract:The concrete of belt veranda in a coal preparation plant has been seriously corroded and can not be used normally. There would be a serious accident if it were not reinforced. It can be reinforced under the operating condition without any damage to the original structure after a lest, so the "underpinning technique" is adopted for reinforcing the Belt veranda. Using a structural adhesive rebar planting technique, the pillar is rooted from the bracket, and then the underpinning is held with the two added trusses. In addition, this article also analyses the principle of reinforcing steel concrete by comparing this method with the other similar engineering project accomplished in the past years, and the writer hopes this method would be paid great attention by designers, architects and clients.
