| 摘 要： | UrbanSim是以PaulWeddel研究开发的新兴城市仿真模型，具有广阔的发展前景。从UrbanSim主要的模型入手介绍整个系统的运行方式，并通过对比的方式阐述UrbanSim系统中值得我国土地利用规划借鉴的方面，以及在使用Urbansim系统进行土地利用规划时如何组织数据。

| Abstract: | UrbanSim is researched and developed by Dr. Paul Weddel, it is a new urban simulation model and has broad development prospects. This paper begins with the main model of UrbanSim and then introduces the operation mode of the whole system, by means of comparing with UrbanSim system elaborated what is worthy of reference for land use planning in our country, and how to organize the data when we use UrbanSim system to do land use planning. |
