摘    要:高炉法冶炼钒钛磁铁矿过程中产生了大量含TiO225%左右的高钛渣。含钛高炉渣是宝贵的二次钛资源,但大量堆积会污染环境,湿法提钛工艺是利用资源,保护环境的有效途径之一。总结分析了近年来湿法冶金处理含钛高炉渣的研究现状,系统阐述了酸浸湿法冶金的工艺特点,分析存在的问题,并对含钛高炉渣的利用提出一些建议,以期不断推动实现攀钢含钛高炉渣的真正利用。

Abstract:Titanium-bearing slag which contains 25% TiO2 is produced by blast furnace method in processing vanadium-titanium magnetite. Titanium-bearing blast furnace slag is a valuable secondary resources,but its large accumulation will pollute the environment. Extracting titanium from hydrometallurgy of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag is an effective way to use resource and to protect environment. Research status on extracting titanium from hydrometallurgy of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag is reviewed. The characteristics of hydrometallurgy by acid are systematically discussed,existing problems are analyzed,and some suggestions on the use of titanium-containing slag are provided in order to do its comprehensive uti-lization effectively.
