我国高层建筑的发展和展望

我国高层建筑的建造总量和层数、高度不断有新的突破，以现浇钢筋混凝土为主一，现浇与预制并举，钢结构与钢－混凝土混合（组合）结构同时发展，多种结构体系并存，并向大开间、大柱网、大空间发展。针对以上发展趋势，就地基基础、主体结构、装饰工程、防水工程和设备安装等高层建筑技术进行了展望。

DEVELOPMENTS AND PROSPECTS OF OUR COUNTRY'S HIGHRISE BUILDINGS

Records of total volumes and storeys of our country' s highrise buildings have been incessantly broken over years.They are striding forward mainly in cast-in-site R.C. structures,and at times combining with precast members,steel-R.C. composite complex structural systems,as well as advancing with large bay,large column network and large space structures.
