基于CAN/LIN总线的即插即用式监控系统

摘    要:针对目前总线式监控系统在应用过程中存在的适应性差和扩展不方便的问题,提出了一种基于CAN/LIN总线的即插即用式监控系统。系统主要由监控PC机、节点设备和独立设备三部分组成,监控PC机利用数据库的枚举程序分配设备地址,设备中的单片机借助EEPROM存储所分配到的地址,采用CAN/LIN总线通讯技术,完成了设备的即插即用。利用LabVIEW开发了基于CAN/LIN总线的监控系统,使得系统在进行监控的同时能够随时增减设备,提高了系统的自适应性和可扩展性。

Abstract:Aiming at the poor adaptability and inconvenient expansion of the present bus monitoring systems, a plug and play monitoring system based on CAN & LIN bus was proposed. The system was mainly composed of the monitor PC, the node equipment and the autonomous device. The monitor PC assigned devices address by the enumeration of the database. And the addresses were stored in the EEPROM of the MCU in the devices. Then, the function of plug and play was completed using the communication technology of CAN & LIN bus. The monitoring system based on CAN & LIN bus was developed with the convenient program of LabVIEW. The system has higher adaptability and expandability, equipments can be increased or decreased any time.
