| Abstract: | With the help of IE, the material flow in engine assembly workshop is studied and adjusted, meanwhile work study and time balance in the engine assembly line is investigated. The application of IE results in the reduction of staff and cost, the shortening of assembly cycle and the improvement of efficiency, bringing direct economic benefits to enterprises. |
