摘    要:潜油电泵是目前国内外各大油田所使用的主要机械采油设备,常见故障为叶轮偏磨、叶轮砂堵和轴承偏磨。通过采集潜油电泵机组井口振动信号,经过小波分析处理,提取这三种常见故障的典型频率特征,并以此作为故障诊断的依据。进而将该方法应用于现场故障诊断,取得了良好的效果。实验结果表明,在油田实际应用中,该方法能够有效地识别叶轮偏磨、叶轮砂堵和轴承偏磨等常见故障。

Abstract:Currently, electric submersible pump (ESP) unit is the main device for oil extraction in oil fields. Impeller' s eccentric wear, impeller' s tip screenout and bearing' s eccentric wear are the ordinary faults. In this article, the typical frequency features of the three main faults were extracted by acquiring the vibration signals at the wellhead caused by the submersible pump units and analyzing them with wavelet analysis. According to these features, the in-situ fault diagnosis can be completed effectively. Practical application showed that this method can identify these ordinary faults effectively.
