摘    要:本文系统地研究了在制备高纯纳米 Er2 O3时影响颗粒大小及颗粒凝聚的各种因素 ,并对影响机理从理论上进行了探讨。同时建立了既经济又稳定的制备高纯纳米 Er2 O3的方法。本法 Er2 O3颗粒呈球状 ,粒径 2 0~1 0 0 nm ,钙、镁等杂质与原料相比降低了 70 %以上。

Abstract:The various factors which influence the sizes and coagulation of the high purity nanometer Er 2O 3 powder particles have been studied systematically in this article,and the influence mechanisms have been discussed theoretically.Simultaneously the economical and stable method of preparation of high purity nanometer Er 2O 3 powder has been set up.The particles obtained by this method are spherical,the sizes are from 20 to 100nm.The amounts of impurities Ca and Mg decreased to 30% compared with the raw material of Er 2O 3.
