摘    要:0Cr18Ni10Ti奥体不锈钢焊接性较好,但大厚件焊后稳定化热处理后易产生裂纹。针对实际工作特点进行分析,制定两种焊接工艺,试验了酸、碱性焊条对裂纹的影响,并测试了力学性能,证明利用碱性焊条焊接0Cr18Ni10Ti大厚件奥体不锈钢可以得到满意的结果。

Abstract:0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel is of good weldability,but it is easily to create crack for big and thick workpieces after the stabilizing heat-treatment.By analyzing the actual working conditions,two kinds of welding technologies were adopted.The influences of acid and basic welding rods on crack were tested,and the mechanical properties were tested also.It is proved that a satisfied result can be obtained to weld 0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel with basic welding rods.
