木粉,木纤维填充改性聚烯烃塑料研究

摘    要:用偶联剂处理木粉或木纤维使木纤维复合的聚烯烃塑料相容性增加。结果表明,该复合材料有优良的拉伸强度,抗水性和熔融流动性,当该复合材料含60%改性木粉和40%聚乙烯时,其拉伸强度为22.9MPa,是未改性时复合材料的二倍,比原料聚乙烯强度高26%。

Abstract:Modification of wood powder or fiber with coupling agents makes the compatibility of the wood powder or fiber-polyolefin increase. The modification results in the excellent mechanical properties,water resistance and melting fluidity of this composite material. When this material contains 60% modified wood powder filler and 40% polyethylene,its tensile strength is 22.9 MPa and two times higher than that of the unmodified composite material and 25% higher than that of the original polyethylene.
