| 摘 要： | 本文建立了一套超临界流体萃取装置，测定了菜籽油在超临界二氧化碳中的溶解度等温线，并对超临界萃取条件与所得油品质量之间的关系和最佳工艺条件进行了研究。

| Abstract: | An apparatus has been established which can be used to measure the solubilities of liquid substances in supercritical fluids. Solubility isothermals of rape seeds oil in supercritical carbon dioxide have been measured, and the relationship between oil quality and extraction conditions has been investigated. |
