PMMA单分子膜的成膜特性及其应用研究

摘    要:研究了PMMA单分子膜的成膜特性及其作为光电导体的阻挡层在静电复印领域中的应用。结果表明:PMMA能够在较大的表面压范围内形成稳定的单分子膜,并具有不可重复压缩性、表面压力的各向异性和松弛特性。TEM照片显示PMMA分子链在单分子膜中是有序规整排列的。与PMMA涂膜相比较,PMMA单分子层复合膜作为光电导体的阻挡层具有更优异的光电导性能。

Abstract:Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) monolayer film was prepared, and its properties and application for the separation function photoreceptor as a resistant interface layer were stuclied.The data obtained from our tests indicated that the PMMA monolayer film has nonrecompressibility, anisotropism and relaxation of surface pressure. TEM photograph showed the orientation and arrangement of PMMA molecular chains in the monlayer film. Using PMMA nlonolayer film as a resistant interface layer, the photoconductivities of the photoreceptor are better than those of the photoreceptor using PMMA coating film.
