论无缝钢管生产重组与连轧管厂的技术改造

分析了欧美、日本一些国家的无缝钢管生产重组情况，提出了以生产重组与技术改造相结合的方式重组全浮动芯棒连轧管厂的生产并发展与国际接轨的结构用管（HSS）生产的想法。

Restruction of Seamless Tube Production and Revamping of Full-floating Mandrel Mill

Based on the analysis of the restruction of the seamless tube production in the European countries,America and Japan,the paper suggests the remolding of the seamless tube production in the conti rolling tube mill using the full floating mandrel mill technology by means of the integration of restructuring and revamping,also lay emphasis on the development of HSS production according to the international standards.
