| 摘 要： | 针对矿用梭车销轴连续发生批量断裂事故,对其断裂原因进行检测并分析。针对断裂原因合理制定热处理返修工艺,返修后通过性能测试,各项指标满足设计图纸要求,成功返修此批销轴。

| Abstract: | Aiming at batch mining shuttle cars pin axle crack continuously,detecting and analyzing the cause of mining shuttle cars pin axle fracture.The rational heat treatment process of remedy aiming at the cause of cracking the problem are introduced,the process ensure the success for pin axle remedy in the practice by satisfying the requirement of various drawing property testing indicators. |
