| 摘 要： | 介绍了纳米SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的发展现状,重点介绍和评述了国内外几种制备工艺的研究现状和应用,分析了纳米SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的微观结构,指出了纳米SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料研究中存在的几个重要问题,展望了其未来的发展趋势.

| Abstract: | Some of the recent advances in the synthesis of nano SiC particles reinforced Al matrix composite are reviewed. A few kinds of preparation technology are introduced. Not only the development of the relative research and applications in the world are introduced, but also microstructures of nano SiC particles reinforced Al matrix composite are analyzed. Several major challenges are also analyzed and the future directions are forecast. |
