缺口角度对YG8硬质合金热冲击疲劳的影响

摘    要:研究了缺口角度对YG8硬质合金热冲击疲劳的影响。结果表明,缺口角度对裂纹的特性有很大影响,以缺口角度的增加,裂纹萌生的孕育期缩短,裂纹扩展速率增加.随冷却速率的增加,裂纹萌生的孕育期也缩短,且裂纹扩展速率增加.观察发现,热冲击疲劳断口中存在疲劳条纹.

Abstract:The effect of notch angle on the thermal shock fatigue behavior of cemenited carbide YG8 has been studied. The reultshave shown that the notch angle has a great influence on the curve. The incubation period of crack nucleation decreases andthe propagation rate of crack increases with increasing the notch angls and the cooling rate in the cycles. The SEM examination has also denoted that there are some striae on the fractuer surfaces.
