Cr-B-W-V系铁基高温耐磨堆焊合金及耐磨机理的研究

摘    要:通过高温硬度、高温磨损、高温金相试验,成功地研究出了铁基Cr-B-W-V系高温耐磨料磨损等离子弧堆焊合金,替代价格昂贵的镍基和钴基等离子弧堆焊合金。同时系统研究了合金元素对高温硬度、高温耐磨性的影响规律及耐磨机理。

Abstract:Through the test of high temperature hardness and wear resistance the paper successfuuy researches iron-base Cr-B-W-V system high temperature abrasive wear resistance plasma arc surfacing alloy instead of expensive nickel-base and cobalt-base plasma arc surfacing alloy. This paper systematically researches the ettect the alloy element on the high temperatuerhardness and wear resistance and wear resistance mechanism
