摘    要:介绍了一种提高气动飞锯定尺精度的简单、实用、经济的方法。分析了影响水平进锯气动飞锯定尺精度的主要原因,提出了改造原理和具体实施方案,对原气动飞锯液压部分、气动部分和电控部分进行了改造。实践证明,改造后的水平进锯气动飞锯系统工作稳定,定尺精度有较大提高,满足标准要求。

Abstract:a kind of simple, practical and economic method on pneumatic length flying cutting precision improving is introduced. The main reason of affecting horizontal saw feeding pneumatic flying cutting precision are analyzed, the reform principle and detailed execution scheme are proposed . Through the reform of pneumatic flying cutting hydraulic parts, pneumatic parts and electrical control parts, it approves that the reformed horizontal sawing feeding pneumatic flying cutting system worked stable, and improved the length cutting precision, meet the specification requirements.
